What can you expect?

As an agile tester / test manager you actively support the identification, introduction and improvement of all relevant processes, measures and tools within our agile development. You will be responsible for all QA aspects at our locations in Erfurt and Cochin (India). Your goal is to continuously improve our development process in the sense of “Inspect & Adapt” and to be able to supply our products continuously and sustainably in optimal quality.

Which requirements should you meet?

  • Degree or apprenticeship in IT and at least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Tester
  • Ideally, you’ve already worked in an agile environment with Scrum
  • Ideally, you also have experience with test automation (e.g. with Selenium, JUnit, Jest, Karma)

  • As Scrum Product Owner you monitor the software product development in Erfurt from the planning to the releases and thus support the product manager
  • In collobaration with stakeholders you develop a product vision and you are responsible for its step-by-step implementation
  • You analyze, prioritize and coordinate requirements with stakeholders, check the feasibility with the team (e.g. in Confluence and JIRA), make sure that the right focus is set and thus optimize the business value of your product
